The Lower Timm Spring is located at the lower end of the Spike Jones Trail just above the Ramada near the Coyote Creek Entrance. A seasonal Spring, the flow depends on winter rains. Spring has provided year-around water for the last three years. On 7-7-2001 the existing trough was replaced with a new 95 gallon steel trough. The old trough was rusted out and leaking excessively. A new Spring sign was installed at the Timm Spring trail trailhead near the Ramada. Status 7-8-01: 5oz/minute |
