1-4) L>R (8-2001) 1-n) Spring Box & Plumbing Installation
Fern Spring |
The Fern Spring tank and trough are located along the Hunting Hollow Road .3 miles beyond the Hunting Hollow entrance. The spring site is located in a ravine several hundred feet to the South of the tank. On August 9, 2001 a group of Landmark Volunteers installed the Spring Box, Tank and Trough along with 900' of plumbing. Funding for this site was provided by the Coe Park MAU (Mounted Assistance Unit) . This site will provide much needed water to backcountry travelers and wildlife during the hot Summer months after the Hunting Hollow Creek stops running. |
