Dowdy Hayfield Spring

The Dowdy Hayfield Spring is found in a cluster of California Bay Laurel Trees on the Max Corral Trail between the Dowdy Ranch buildings and the Pacheco Creek below. The site offers a cool refuge from the summer heat.  The Mule Deer Foundation (MDF) funded the renovation of this site which was once a deer camp.
