Caviata Spring |
The Caviata Spring is located off the Willow Ridge Road, at the SE end of the Caviata Spring Road. This spring provides year-round flow to backcountry travelers and wild life in normal rain years. An abundance of unique wildflowers populates this marshy area. A major restoration project was undertaken by the 'Coe Park- Spring Maintenance' team early 1998. An old leaky steel Storage Tank and fiberglass Trough were retired in place. The old Trough was replaced by an 80 gallon Rubbermaid Trough funded by the Mule Deer Foundation (MDF). |
