In June 2000, thirteen high school students from the Landmark Volunteer organization spent two weeks in Coe Park grooming new trails, restoring spring sites, building ramadas, removing barbed wire, painting fences and cleaning up around Pacheco Camp.   The work performed by these volunteers will be long remembered and appreciated by hikers, campers, fishermen and other visitors to Coe Park.  The Spring Maintenance Team wishes to express their appreciation for all of the good work.  It was a joy working with these students.
